- Financial & Billing Information: Electricity bills (provided for solar system sizing and ROI analysis) and payment transaction details.
- Digital & Usage Data: Website interaction data via cookies, Google Analytics, advertising tracking pixels (e.g., Meta/Facebook), web contact forms, and phone call logs processed through our VoIP communications system (3CX).

3. Sensitive Data & Property Photography Safeguards
Driver’s License & Sensitive Documents
Where a driver’s license or official identity document is collected to facilitate a utility retailer transfer on your behalf, these details are retained only for as long as necessary to complete the transfer and is securely deleted immediately thereafter.
Site Photography & Visual Media
Photos of switchboards, roofs, and property layout captured during site visits are securely stored within our job management systems for internal quality assurance, compliance, and warranty purposes. We will never use property photos featuring identifiable street numbers, personal belongings, or individuals for marketing or social media without your prior explicit consent.
4. Purpose of Collection and Use
We collect and use your personal information for the following purposes:
- Service Delivery: Providing electrical quotes, performing solar feasibility assessments, carrying out installations, and providing ongoing maintenance.
- Account & Grid Management: Organising grid connection applications, network inspections, meter upgrades, and power company switches on your behalf.
- Internal Quality Control: Archiving installation photos and job details within our job management systems to ensure work quality and compliance standards.
- App Setup: Setting up live solar monitoring systems (e.g. MySigen app).
- Communication & Marketing: Coordinating site work, sending service reminders, responding to inquiries, and (where you have opted in) sending promotional emails, newsletters, or seasonal maintenance reminders.
- Showcasing Our Work: Displaying completed project photos or customer reviews on our website or social media channels (strictly with your prior consent).

To complete your job, we may share relevant personal and site details with trusted third parties:
- Electricity Network Operators: Local network providers (e.g., Orion, MainPower) for grid connection approvals.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for commercial gain, nor do we run credit checks.
